Delivery was really slow and so I emailed twice to ask for a refund and cancel the order however both emails were ignored. A few days later I then got an email stating they couldnt cancel the order as the trainers had already been dispatched. When they did finally arrive they were delivered to my neighbour which I was unaware of. I was recommended when I ordered a size 9 to go up a size to a size 10 and then received a size 8 so they are too small. The website states for a refund you must contact the company first which I have done but still not had a response. The return window is only 5 days which is almost over now and still no response. Really disappointed. Do not buy from this website they are a complete joke of a company.
